whew

it was such a busy weekend. saturday was the make up for the dance troupe. sunday was moving day. monday was the cbs 3 interview and fashion show. i thought i'd never get everything done! i finally did and am settled into my new space.


this week will be a short one at vintage connection. we will be open tomorrow (don't forget to watch the 10 o'clock news on the cw), thurday, and friday. vintage connection will be closed saturday and sunday for the july 4th holiday, so stop in sometime this week for cute holiday clothes and accessories. see you soon! xo

in the news

CBS 3 was at vintage connection today to do a story on why vintage clothes are getting more and more popular! reporter, nicole brewer, showed up to get the scoop. i got the help of one great intern, a super cute model, and 4 fabulous outfits to help me tell my story!

the first step was getting leslie in hair and make up...


the outfits were put together and separated by the biggest trends of the season...


we were prepped and nicole did a quick interview with me...



i had to get some shots of my super intern, sara. she was wearing a great vintage dress and cardigan that was handed down from family!




nicole loved this 1950's tulle skirt, but took home a pretty, pink romper just in time for her big 4th of july party!

last night was the perfect night for flying. the big remote control planes came out and flew into the sunset. it was a beautiful summer night... finally!
